The grapes, harvested manually, are pressed immediately afterwards the harvest. After cold static settling, the must is vinified in stainless steel tanks to preserve varietal aromas and freshness of the product. Temperature control also helps to maintain the freshness and integrity of aromas.

This wine has a clear, bright color with green highlights, develops fine citrus aromas on the nose (lemon and grapefruit) and yellow fruits. The quite fine and pure mouth is well balanced and drawn. Fresh and of a beautiful magnitude, the mouth is in harmony with the aromas citrus fruits revealed on the nose, which are accompanied light notes of menthol. Balanced, elegant, fine and round, the lingering finish evolves towards notes of fresh fruits and flowers.

Keep away from sunlight and at a constant temperature

To be enjoyed at 12°C as an aperitif, with shellfish and seafood, grilled fish or in sauce, or even on cheese goat.
