The harvest is manual and is carried out after a maturity check carried out for each plot (tasting of the berries). After a traditional start of vinification, the fermentation is blocked before pressing by a mutage "sur grains". This technique, associated with a long maceration (from 14 to 20 days), allows an optimal extraction of aromatic and tannic substances. The mutage sur grains can only be carried out on harvests of excellent quality. Part of the wine is aged in barrels while the other part is aged in vats in order to preserve the fruity aromas.

Although all orders are shipped within 24 hours, it can take up to 48 hours in some cases.
We then offer different delivery methods:
Delivery costs depend on the delivery address, the number of bottles and the delivery option (mondial relay, express, standard, 24h, on pallet, etc.) and the price is calculated at the time of validation of the basket.
Standard delivery is free in France for orders over €125 and in other countries for orders over €300.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express, as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are completely secure.
We also accept payment by check and bank transfer, however the order will only be prepared upon confirmation of receipt of payment by our accounting department.
