The harvest date is only triggered, grape variety by grape variety, when the grapes are at optimum maturity and after daily tasting of the berries. The grapes are harvested by hand and are pressed pneumatic with separation of the presses upon arrival at the cellar. After a light static settling, the juice undergoes fermentation alcoholic in barrels. Temperature control allows for preserve the freshness and integrity of the aromas. Barrel aging lasts between 7 and 8 months until the spring equinox with regular stirring for two months. After a light fining, the wine is bottled.

The dress is a golden yellow color, bright and quite sustained. Very expressive on the nose and with a depth sublime, aromas of dried apricot, grilled almond, very floral scent of hawthorn and broom Full and creamy in the mouth, round, very velvety and brioche. Tense and very fresh finish

Keep away from sunlight and at a constant temperature

To be enjoyed at 11°C as an aperitif or with fish, meats in sauce and fresh cheeses.
