Villemajou Castle, AOP Corbière Boutenac

Located in the hinterland of the Corbières, the vineyard has an exceptional soil quality. Coming from the best vines of the estate, the Grand Vin de Villemajou is an exceptional wine produced from old Carignan and Syrah vines offering an extraordinary quality of grapes.

With a deep garnet color, this powerful and elegant wine will ideally accompany red meats, game or mature cheeses.

Soujeole Castle, AOP Malepère

Located on a vineyard benefiting from a Mediterranean climate with strong oceanic influences, Château de la Soujeole is a concentrated wine with complex flavors and powerful, well-integrated tannins.

It will go particularly well with grilled or sauced meats.

Château la Sauvageonne, AOP Terrasses du Larzac

Benefiting from a unique terroir and an ideal exposure for the vines, Château la Sauvageonne is an exceptional place.

Made from the best vines on the property, this intense and slightly tiled wine has fine and elegant tannins for a beautiful balance.

It is particularly delicious with grilled red meat and goat or sheep cheese.
