The Great White Wines of Châteaux Gérard Bertrand
Great White Wines 2019: natural perfection
Produced in the middle of unspoiled nature, from vines cultivated using biodynamic methods (a method of cultivation without any chemicals aimed at achieving symbiosis between the animal, plant and mineral worlds), these three great white wines proudly represent their Mediterranean origins.
Authentic and expressive, these wines with their unique character reflect the terroirs of the south of France.
Produced from the best plots of vines, these three prestigious vintages are the purest expression of exceptional terroirs (La Clape, Corbières, Terrasses du Larzac).
Thanks to the unique characteristics of its vineyards: on the edge of the coast on limestone soil (Château l'Hospitalet), at the foot of a large causse on volcanic soil (Château La Sauvageonne), and from century-old vines on rolled pebble soil (Château de Villemajou), Gérard Bertrand and his expert teams have produced three Grands Vins Blancs du Languedoc, brilliantly competing with the greatest wine-growing regions.
Chateau l'Hospitalet Grand Vin Blanc 2019
AOP La Clape - AB/Demeter
Located in the heart of a protected natural park, this exceptional wine is distinguished by its golden color, a powerful and fresh nose and a very fine palate.
Its freshness and minerality are typical of the wines of the Massif de la Clape.
This Grand Vin Blanc is ideally served at 11°C and will elegantly accompany your aperitifs and fish in sauce.
Château de Villemajou Grand Vin Blanc 2019
AOP Corbières
Produced from a blend of typically Mediterranean grape varieties grown organically and biodynamically, this wine is synonymous with generosity and elegance.
Its color is bright and clear, its mouth, lively and ample, with a slightly woody finish.
Served at a temperature of 10-12°C, it can be enjoyed alone as an aperitif, or during a meal, as an accompaniment to fish, white meats in sauce or cheeses.
Chateau La Sauvageonne Grand Vin Blanc 2019
AOP Languedoc - AB/Demeter
Located in the heart of raw and generous nature, at the foot of the high karst plateau of Larzac, between Ruffes (volcanic earth) and Schist soils, La Sauvageonne Grand Vin Blanc 2019 is a complex wine with a very perfumed nose.
Its rich and creamy mouthfeel delivers a lovely freshness.
This characterful wine can be enjoyed alone as an aperitif, and during a meal, with grilled fish or shellfish.
